pharay hue doodh ka pani mufeed Ghizayein hain. es ke ilawa garam mizaaj walay
logon ke liye qndhari aanar ka ziyada istemaal bohat mufeed hai. Mausam serma
mein chilghoza ka kasrat se istemaal mufeed hai. Es marz mein angoor aur jaman ka istemaal bhi faidamand hai.
Muzir Ghizayein:
Tamam meethi aur aisi ashya jin mein nashasta ziyada ho.
