Mufeed
Ghizayien:
Jo ki rootti, cholayee ka saag, qarela aur mooth ki daal, kachnal ki sabzi,
taaza giray fruit, chuko tre ka arq, gaajar ka achaar, surkh chawal, salim
anaaj aur oontni ka doodh, es marz mein mufeed hain. Es ke ilawa aik chitank
chuney aik pao pani mein josh den aur jab nisf pani reh jaye chhaan kar mareez
ko pilain to aksar mufeed saabit hota hai. Sooraj ki taraf pusht karkay dhoop
seenkna bhi mufeed hota hai.
Muzir Ghizayien:
Ziyada pani piinaa aur namak ka istemaal es marz mein muzir hai.

Ghizayien:
Kaddu, bathooye ka saag, machhli, chooza, bakri ka doodh, saib ka ras, peetha,
karam kulah, matar shehad mufeed talab hain. Diq aur sil ke jin mareezon ko
doodh hazem nah hota ho un ke liye aik mujrib nuskha darj zail hai :

Long’gon ko chobees ghantay pani mein bhigoyein. Es ke baad inhen pani se
nikaal kar saaye mein khushk karlen. Phir kharl kar ke sufoof banayen. Aik
loving ke barabar sufoof mun mein daal kar oopar se doodh pi len, Insha اﷲ tamam doodh hazem hojaye ga. Roghan,
Zaitoon , phalon ke arq aur andey es marz mein mufeed hain.
Muzir Ghizayien:
Surkh mirch, taiz masalha dar ghizayein, saqeel ghizayein, nasha aawar ashya
jin mein tambaku bhi shaamil hai. Gham o tafakurat, gird o ghubar se alood
fiza, gandagi, mehnat o mushaqat.

hai un logon ke liye jo samajh boojh se kaam lete hain-
