Machhli, gosht aur andon ka istemaal bilkul tark kar dein, sahet honay ke baad jab gosht khayen to pehle kisi parind ka gosht khayen, phir machhli aur phir batadreej bakri aur gaaye ka gosht khayen lekin es waqt bhi aik arsa taq gurday , tilli aur jigar  nah khayen.

Aasmano aur Zameen ki

وَمَاذَرَالَکُم فِی الْاَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا اَلْوَانُه اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَآيةً لِقَومٍ يَّذَّکَّرُوْن

Aur Yeh Jo Bohat si Rang Birang ki Cheezein esney tumharey liye zameen mein paida kar rakhee hain, en mein nishani hai un logon ke liye jo samajh boojh se kaam lete hain-
